Name a President/Prime Minister

Ok so here is how thing forum game is going to work. Each person who comments has to have a name of a President/Prime Minister before anything else they type. The Presidents or Prime Ministers can be from any country and from in any time in history. Could even be an Emperor, King, or Queen. There are two rule, Do not repeat the names of Presidents, Prime Ministers, Etc. And Donald Trump doesn't count :3
