Best Tanking Perks?

So... I have always wanted to tank more than camp in this game idk why
But I was wondering which prestige perks were the best for tanking. I have SOH, Demo, Tomahawk, Fire Sale and Surge.
I plan to get scavenger next. But after that what? I dont like leather tanking at all btw so I wasnt gonna get hardline.
