Obtaining all Pperks

Before the update, you needed prestige 24 or higher to get everything. Now, you need to be king prestige 4, prestige 10 to have every prestige perk. That's about 51 prestige worth compared to the previous prestige 24. Theoretically speaking, if one round takes 5 minutes, and you obtain 200 cookies per round. Not counting missions and voting etc.
If one prestige(with fire sale) costs about 40000 cookies. It would cost around 51x40000=2040000 cookies.
You obtain 12x200=2400 per hour. Meaning...
