[Mci 2.0] Survivor scorestreak Winnerboard

Suggestion: When you type /winnerboard it will bring up a list of the highest total scorestreak survivors (Like the infected kings duh xD), it will reset every sunday at midnight. The top five survivors instead of 1st will be rewarded, unlike infected kings one cannot be part of the top 3 twice in a row.

Rewards: 1st place will get temporary access to new pro perks of their choice (They loose the perk when the board is reset and the next 1st place gets a new one) 2nd place...
