[New Gamemode] Besieged

So a server I used to frequent semi-recently shut down. It had a very unique gamemode, which was essentially King of the Hill/Headquarters/Conquest/Domination. While other servers do have games like that, this server took a unique twist to the that concept that has yet to be seen elsewhere. Essentially, you were laying siege to a castle (or defending it). I'm hoping to see this gamemode again, with it's own, new, twists (that I've added and other people have thought of).
