I know ill get rekt in the comments but i just feel like the hitbox on the baby zombies plus the speed kinda makes it hard to kill them and i know with the weak armor (full leather) and weak axe (Sharpness 1 wood axe) its easier to kill it but just that its able to circle u so much.
