[MCI] Broken spot on Grind

So recently, I noticed there was a spot near the map Grind's spawn where you can head behind a wall and tank in there. I realised that players using 1.10 are not able to get into that spot as human or infected, due to the way iron bars are used in the versions. If a 1.10 player attempts to get on the iron bars, they glitch and are not able to jump onto the higher spot.
