Possible buff/nerfs/changes for MCI kits

One does not simply change zombie kit

Give skeleton power 5, sharp 5 dia, and prot 4 diamond.

Give Enderman slightly better armor. It takes damage on teleport, and only has full leather. Reduce the damage taken by teleporting at higher levels for Enderman. Right now, teleportation path is SOO much worse than anger.

Remove its ability to steal health from infected when in spawn....
