Kit revamp

Ok I have know idea if this would work it's just a idea that a lot of people with high level kits are gout I hate but here it is.

So for the people that played mci super gaming you would remember that kits didn't get upgraded they were what they were there also weren't like 20+ kits there were no more then ten. (can't remember the exact amount it's been a long time)
That way you couldn't complain about one person having a way op kit if you were getting rekt it's cuz the person you were...
