In the Sonic the Hedgehog series, towards the end of each level, Doctor Egg-man will run away from Sonic, just before Sonic can catch up to him. Sonic the hedgehog can reach speeds of up to 3840 miles per hour, with briefly hitting light speed with dashes. This further means that Doctor Egg-man can WALK faster than Sonic's run, further meaning that Doctor Egg-man can transcend space and time with ease. What do you guys think?
