Cleaning Up and Fixing Up the Forums.

Now, I've been thinking about this for a while now and I was just going to talk in private about this with people on teamspeak but I thought it would be necessary to create a thread on the topic. Also I know the Decisions for this can only be really talked about between Ben, Jack, and Mattrick, But I want to hear everyone's opinion on the matter.
