State of PM

As most of you know the player count is decreasing slowly and well I'm tired of waiting for something to happen to PM for the players to come back.
I'd like to compare the server to a chicken coop lots of chickens may live in this coop and be set free to do as they please and then they comeback but every now and then a chicken finds another coop that's better then it's previous coop so decides to live there. Now this happens for a long period of time and no further updates happen to that...
