[MCI] Rank System Revamp

I'm sure a lot of people here agree that MCI can get very boring after a few games. I feel like this is due to the rank up system. How it is now, is that you rank up and you get something at that specific rank. Every person gets the same stuff at the same rank. I feel this makes the game very stale and a "simple" change can make MCI much more customizable.

There are two ways this could work.

The first one is similar to the Mope.io level system; you rank up and you choose between 2 or 3...
