[MCI/Global] Scheduled Events

WHAT DOES IT DO:

I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

Every other week is an event.

For example, Let's assume that today is Friday...

We would have double cookies for that weekend.

Then... 2 weeks later, there could be a playathon.

So, theoretically, there would be a double cookies every 4 weeks and a playathon every 4 weeks, but the events would be every 2 weeks. You could also add more events into the rotation.
