MCInfected Update

Hey Mayhemians!

We have started off the summer with a MCInfected update!
Below is a list of all the changelog, you can also get a list of all the changes by typing /changelog in game.

• Reformatted some messages and inventory lore
  
• Added the option to reset your main infected path to level 3 if it is level 4 or 5
  
• Added the /kill command
  
• Added the /masterprestigeshop & /mpshop command
  
• The Elf Companion now scavenges toys 33% faster
  
• Doubled all Elf Companion...
