If you could change one thing about Project Mayhem, what would it be and how would you change it?

I'm asking this so I can attempt to focus server resources towards making Project Mayhem as enjoyable as possible. As such, I ask that the things you post below are fixable issues that don't require gradual time. By this, I'm specifically saying not to mention the community itself, as I assure you, I recognize the issue there, and I'm actively working on making things better overall, it just takes time.

Please post something (or several things) that we could fix on the server to improve...
