So recently juggernaut got nerfed to the floor, as well as zpower. I'm currently on the minecraft forums and it says that with Iron Armor you will take about 2 hearts of damage from a mother zombie sword, add the nerfed zpower onto it, 1 bonus damage totaling to 2.5 hearts of damage add a crit on top of that, they will deal 3.5 hearts of damage.
