Suggestion name: Senior

What does your suggestion do: I thought since Mods aren't always on, we could introduce a new rank called a 'Senior', and a Senior is a bit like a mod, except they cannot ban people.
So a Senior would be picked as judging of their: dedication, play time and helpfulness, and they would be the person who players can ask questions to, because sometimes if somebody asks a question, others usually don't...
