What does your suggestion do: what this will do, is that (this is just an example) every friday at 5 pm est, the top factions will get a reward. say first get 1 day added to their bank, second gets a half a day, and third get 6 hours. 4-10 will get 3 hours. 11-25 will get 1 hour, and 26+ will get nothing.
