[MCI] Some Titan adjustments

Because @Noobas_ claims that too many people complain about Titan, here's a thread where we can all discuss our problems with the class, as well as provide some suggestions to make the game more enjoyable for everyone.

Here's what I got:

To help reduce sealclubbing, Titan's transform ability immediately ends if he kills a player with full leather armor. However, if he kills a player with full iron armor, his transform lasts for an extra 2 seconds.
