[Gamemode] League of Mayhem

I've heard that League of Legends is a pretty big game, so why not recreate it in minecraft. I've seen other servers make it, who have done a pretty bad job of recreating it, and have suffered because of it (usually no longer exist). Of course there will have to be limitations to make it a easier and more feasible project (like not have 128 different champions) and give it it's own unique minecraft twist.
