Sorry if I sound stupid.. but..

Hello,
How does one vote on Minecraft-Forum?
I know there is a big green button saying "vote", but once I click it, and enter my name.. nothing happens, it just reloads the page.. No error messages, no captcha.. could somebody explain how?
Stupid question I know.
